At any stage of the proceedings, the court may order an examination of the physical, mental or emotional state, pursuant to Rule 32 of the Rules of Civil Procedure of Puerto Rico, of a minor, the father, mother, or person responsible for the minor at the time of the alleged abuse, institutional abuse, neglect and/or institutional neglect, as well as of any party to the proceedings or the person who requests custody or care of a minor.
