The Department shall prepare and submit to the Governor and to the Legislature an annual report on the prevention and treatment of situations of abuse, institutional abuse, neglect, and institutional neglect not later than April 30 of each year. The Legislature shall remit a copy of said report to the Puerto Rico College of Social Workers and to any other agency, institution, or person that requests it.
