The Board of Trustees may, with the vote of the absolute majority of its members, recommend to the Governor the removal of any trustee of the Board for just cause. Said removal and the reasons therefor shall be set forth in a public record. The following shall be understood to be just cause:(1) The violation of the provisions of this chapter or of its regulations as to the faithful performance of his/her responsibilities as trustee.(2) Acts or omissions contrary to the best interests of the Trust or to its financial solvency.(3) Gross negligence in the performance of his/her functions.
