An absolute majority of the members of the Board shall constitute quorum to hold the meetings of the Board. The decisions shall be made through the affirmative vote thereof in order to address its affairs and exercise the powers and duties of the Board; each trustee shall be entitled to cast one single vote.If a meeting is convoked and it cannot be constituted for lack of quorum, it shall be recorded and a new meeting shall be convoked immediately to be held within the following ten (10) days for the same purposes.
