The Chairperson of the Board shall have a voice, but not vote in the affairs and decisions made by the Board. However, should there be a tie in the voting, the Chairperson may cast his/her vote to break the tie, but after calling a second vote in which the tie prevails. History —July 1, 1997, No. 27, § 10.
