The Board shall contract and fix the salary, working terms and conditions of an Executive Director, who shall have all those powers delegated to him/her by the Board related to the administration of the Fund. The Executive Director shall contract and establish the working terms and conditions of the additional personnel needed for the Trust with the consent, and subject to the norms established by the Board. No member of the Board shall hold the office of Executive Director or be part of the working personnel of the Permanent Fund.
