(a) The Executive Director shall prepare a budget for the Permanent Fund each year, which shall be subject to the approval of the Board.Said budget shall clearly establish the operating expenses that shall be defrayed from the revenue of said Fund. History —July 1, 1997, No. 27, § 15.
