The Office of the Comptroller may examine, review, supervise or audit documents, papers or records of the Permanent Fund created hereby in order to ensure that the assets and the public funds proceeding from the Government of Puerto Rico, its agencies or instrumentalities, including the municipalities, have been used according to law.
