Any person in charge of carrying out the purposes and duties imposed by this chapter shall be exempted and shall have immunity against civil liability when acting in good faith in the fulfillment of his or her duties. History —Sept. 2, 1999, No. 300, § 6, eff. 180 days after Sept. 2, 1999.
