For the purposes of this chapter, the following terms shall have the meaning stated below:(a) Building.— Means and includes those structures that house offices, dependencies or facilities of the Government of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, including municipalities, public instrumentalities and corporations, and the courts of justice of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico.(b) Minor.— Means any individual who has not yet reached eighteen (18) years of age.
