(a) Children and youth.— Means any minor under the age of eighteen (18).(b) Sex offenders.– Means any person convicted of a sex offense against a minor and who is registered in the Registry of Persons Convicted of Sex Offenses and Child Abuse created by virtue of § 536a et seq. of Title 4.(c) Parks and play areas.— Means parks and public and/or private places and devoted to entertaining children and youth, including arcade and video games rooms.
