The Administrator shall be responsible for performing the necessary coordinating actions between the Administration and the Departments of Justice, Health, Education, Recreation and Sports, as with the Administration of Mental Health and Addiction Services, to fulfill the public policy and the objectives of this chapter and of any other acts that might apply in the shortest time possible.
