Except as otherwise provided in this chapter, the civil provisions established herein shall be governed by the Rules of Civil Procedure of 2009, as amended.Likewise, penal actions initiated under the provisions of this chapter that typify crimes, shall be governed by the Rules of Criminal Procedure, App. II of Title 34, except as otherwise provided by this chapter.
