The Executive Director of the Interagency Committee for the Study of Domestic Violence in Puerto Rico is conferred whatever additional authority, rights and powers needed necessary to execute the purposes of this chapter, including, without it being understood as a limitation, the following:(a) Receive by donation from any natural or juridical person, or from any private or public institution, money, equipment, materials and services to be used or invested pursuant to the purposes of this chapter.(b) Execute, with any person, natural or juridical, or any private or public institution, such contracts, agreements or arrangements that the Women’s Affairs Commission of the Office of the Governor deems necessary and convenient to pursue the purposes of this chapter.(c) Promulgate the corresponding regulations to comply with the directives provided in this chapter.
