The amount that shall be deemed necessary to assist in the maintenance of the Refugio de Niños Desamparados, of Santurce, Puerto Rico, shall be included in the general budget of expenses of the Commonwealth Government, in accordance with the provisions of Act No. 213 of May 12, 1942.
