The Department shall publish information on the childcare centers that are registered in its files, which have been issued a provisional and special authorization, and a license to operate as childcare centers.The publication shall include the following information:(1) Name of the childcare facility.(2) Address and location of the same.(3) Status of the license of the sponsor.The Department shall be responsible for making any pertinent arrangements so that the publication related to childcare centers is made on its webpage. The information shall be updated every three months. It shall also publish said information twice a year in two (2) newspapers of major circulation on the Island, during the months of July and December, respectively.
