The funds collected for the fee, that shall be included with each application for provisional, special authorization and license [shall be] deposited in the General Fund of Puerto Rico. The funds thus deposited shall be used primarily to pay for the publication of the list of childcare facilities that are active and duly licensed, and to keep the register or directory up to date.
