The Commission created by § 781 of this title shall compile the studies performed regarding the experience and effectiveness of the human development and promotion programs established by the Sor Isolina Ferré Centers, with the purpose of applying the methods of said centers to the work programs of the agencies of the Government of Puerto Rico.
