(a) All government agencies shall provide an interpreter to assist persons with hearing disabilities that impede oral communication, who visit the agency. To such effects, the interpreting service shall be provided through the Central Personnel Administration Office, through the training it offers employees of the agencies.(b) It shall be understood that the term 'government agencies' used in subsection (a) of this section includes what is provided by subsection (c) of § 862a of Title 3, known as the 'Commonwealth of Puerto Rico Employees Association Act'.
