The Puerto Rico Assistive Technology Program Special Fund is hereby created in the books of the Department of the Treasury, with no specific, to be governed pursuant to the standards and regulations that after being approved by the Secretary of the Treasury are adopted by the program, in harmony with the provisions in effect for the administration of similar funds. This fund shall be maintained separate from other public funds in its custody. Said fund shall be constituted by the following items:(a) Appropriations of monies assigned by the Legislature to the special fund herein created;(b) any other monies donated, transferred or ceded by federal, Commonwealth or municipal bodies or private entities or persons, and(c) the net income obtained from any activities carried out in benefit of the Puerto Rico Assisted Technology Program.
