The following terms shall have the meaning expressed below:(a) Person with disabilities.— Shall mean any person who has a physical, mental or sensorial disability that substantially limits one or more essential activities of life; has a medical history or record of physical, mental or sensorial disability; or is considered to have a physical, mental or sensorial disability.(b) Investigating official.— Shall mean the director or chief executive director of the Office of the Disabled Persons Investigating Official.(c) Gas service station.— Facility engaged in the sale of gasoline to the public.(d) Gasoline.— Fuel composed of volatile and flammable liquid hydrocarbons derived from crude oil, offered for sale, sold to be used for generating power or energy necessary for propelling motor vehicles.(e) Directory.— A listing of persons that belong to a group, containing certain information about them.
