Every officer or public servant who fails to observe any of the provisions of this chapter shall incur an ethical fault in accordance to the provisions of subsections (a) and (b) of § 1822 of Title 3, known as the 'Government Ethics Act', and shall be punished pursuant to the same.\nHistory —Dec. 14, 2007, No. 199, § 9.
