The public and private organizations listed in § 1027 of this title that employ volunteers shall be bound to include in the annual reports to the Governor, the Legislature or the Chief Judge in the case of the first, or in their reports to the Department of State under the Corporations Law of Puerto Rico, §§ 3501 et seq. of Title 14, in the case of the latter, estimates on:\n(a) The total number of volunteers and the total amount of service hours, and\n(b) whenever possible, a list of titles used by the organization for the positions available for volunteers.\nHistory —Sept. 8, 2004, No. 261, § 13, eff. 90 days after Sept. 8, 2004.
