The Secretary of the Family shall promulgate the necessary regulations to enforce this chapter and shall establish the requirements to be met by the applicant or holder of a license of the kind referred to in this chapter. History —June 5, 1973, No. 94, p. 406, § 3, eff. 60 days after June 5, 1973.
