The Department of the Family, in collaboration with the Department of Labor and Human Resources, shall be responsible for the implementation and follow-up of the provisions of this chapter by the government agencies, which shall be identified by these, in charge of training and qualifying the recipients of the welfare programs on the Island.\nHistory —Sept. 15, 2004, No. 308, § 4, eff.
