Any adoption register in existence in the Department of the Family on the date of approval of this act shall become a part of this new Register, but the same shall be implemented pursuant to the provisions hereunder.\nHistory —Dec. 18, 2009, No. 186, § 18, eff. 30 days after Dec. 18, 2009.
