No injunctions shall be issued to prevent the application of the determinations of the Adoption Information Center.\nThe determinations of the Adoption Information Center may only be challenged through judicial action before the Puerto Rico Court of Appeals of the corresponding judicial region, which shall act on the same within a term that shall not exceed fifteen (15) calendar days.\nHistory —Dec. 18, 2009, No. 186, added as § 41 on Dec. 16, 2011, No. 247, § 8.
