If the Department provides a safety plan and the parents or legal guardian refuse to accept the same, the child or children shall be removed immediately and the social worker shall take the case before a judge within seventy-two (72) hours after the removal of the child or children. Parent-child relations shall be suspended during this time.\nIn the event that the parents or legal guardian of the child or children agree to sign the safety plan, he/she must faithfully comply therewith. Noncompliance with the plan shall lead to the child’s or children’s immediate removal. The social worker shall take the case before a judge within seventy-two (72) hours after the removal of the child or children.
