A party that is adversely affected by an order or final resolution of the Department and has exhausted all the remedies provided by the same may file a petition for review with the Court of Appeals within a term of thirty (30) days from the date on which a copy of the notification of the Department’s order or final resolution is filed or as provided in the Uniform Administrative Procedures Act.\nHistory —Dec. 16, 2011, No. 246, § 30, eff. 90 days after Dec. 16, 2011.
