At any stage of the proceedings, the court may order that a minor, father, mother, or person responsible for the minor who had his/her custody at the time of the alleged abuse, institutional abuse, neglect, and/or institutional neglect, as well as any party to the proceedings or the person who requests custody or care of a minor, undergo a mental or physical exam pursuant to Rule 32 of the Rules of Civil Procedure of Puerto Rico.\nHistory —Dec. 16, 2011, No. 246, § 47, eff. 90 days after Dec. 16, 2011.
