All protection orders must specifically indicate the orders issued by the court, the remedies dictated, and the time for which it shall be in effect. All protection orders must state the date and time they were issued and specifically notify the respondent that any violation thereof shall constitute contempt of court, which could result in imprisonment, a fine, or both penalties.\nAny ex parte protection order must include the date and time it was issued, state the date, time, and place where the hearing shall be held for the extension or annulment thereof, and the reasons that made it necessary to issue such ex parte order.\nHistory —Dec. 16, 2011, No. 246, § 67, eff. 90 days after Dec. 16, 2011.
