The Department shall prepare and submit an annual report to the Governor and the Legislative Assembly on the prevention of and treatment in situations of abuse, institutional abuse, neglect, and institutional neglect not later than June 1st of each year. The Legislative Assembly shall remit a copy of said report to the College of Social Work Professionals of Puerto Rico and to any other agency, institution, or person that so requests.\nHistory —Dec. 16, 2011, No. 246, § 79, eff. 90 days after Dec. 16, 2011.
