The Department shall adopt rules and regulations as are necessary to implement this Act pursuant to the provisions of §§ 2101 et seq. of Title 3, known as the 'Uniform Administrative Procedures Act of the Commonwealth of Rico,' not later than one hundred eighty (180) days after the effective date of this act.\nHistory —Dec. 16, 2011, No. 246, § 80, eff. 90 days after Dec. 16, 2011.
