It shall be an indispensable requirement for each center to take the necessary measures to provide a safe environment where children and their parents can visit safely.These centers may provide guidance, classes and seminars related to the care and development of boys and girls and promote support groups for participating custodial parents, as well as develop regular classes designed to help and guide boys and girls who have been victims of domestic violence and abuse.
