The duties and obligations of the Directress and of the additional personnel of said institution shall be prescribed by the Secretary of Justice, and their salaries shall be fixed in accordance with the classifications provided by the Office of Personnel; Provided, That when the Industrial School for Women is opened and put into service as such institution, the current expenses originated by its functioning shall be included in the Budgetary Act.
