It is hereby transferred from the Department of Justice to the Department of Health, for their direction and administration; the Commonwealth Industrial School for Boys, created by §§ 95–100 of this title, the Juvenile Home of San Juan, created by §§ 111–115 of this title, and the Ana Roque Duprey Industrial School for Girls, created by §§ 103–104 of this title; Provided, That said three (3) Institutions shall be annexed to the Public Welfare Division, Bureau of Institutions of the Department of Health, created by §§ 1–26 of this title.
