The monthly subsidy to be paid through special vouchers for the care and development of school-age boys and girls shall be computed based on the age of the child, the income of the family nucleus and the classification of the service approved, pursuant to the regulations to be established to that effect. The amount of the sum granted on account of such special vouchers shall not exceed in any case the sum of two hundred dollars ($200) a month per family unit. The granting of special vouchers shall be subject to the availability of funds and contingent upon the Program’s participating parents meeting the requirements of family income, employment or study, and any others established through regulations.
