Service providers under the Program shall meet the following requirements:(a) They shall be licensed by the Licensing Division of the Department of the Family or comply with the Provider Registry, should they not have a license granted by the Commonwealth.(b) They shall maintain a policy admission free from discrimination for reason of race, sex, color, social condition or origin, physical disability, political ideas or religious beliefs.
