The Family and Children Administration shall submit to the Legislature at the end of each fiscal year, not later than sixty (60) days after the closing of the fiscal year, a report on the development and progress of the Program that includes the funds used, the beneficiaries tended to, the applicants that were left unattended, and recommendations regarding measures that should be adopted to achieve the purposes of this chapter.
