The Secretary of the Department of the Family may impose administrative fines not greater than five thousand dollars ($5,000) for each violation of the provisions of this chapter or the regulations promulgated thereunder. History —Aug. 31, 2000, No. 266, § 16, eff. 90 days after Aug. 31, 2000.
