The monthly subsidy to be paid through the childcare special vouchers for single parents who work fulltime shall be calculated according to the age of the child and the income of the father and mother, pursuant to the regulations to be established for such purposes. The amount of said special vouchers shall in no case exceed the sum of two hundred dollars ($200) monthly per family unit. The granting of these special vouchers shall be subject to the availability of funds and that the parents participating in the program meet the family income, employment or education, and any other requirements established by regulations.
