The Integral Care and Development of Childhood Administration shall submit to the Legislative Assembly at the end of every fiscal year, and no later than sixty (60) days after the close of the fiscal year, a report on the development and progress of the program including the funds used, the beneficiaries assisted, the applicants waiting for assistance, and recommendations on measures that should be adopted to achieve the objectives of this chapter. Once the one-year period provided in § 137 of this title has elapsed, the Integral Care and Development of Childhood Administration shall include the funds needed for the implementation of this chapter and a certification of the availability of funds established in § 139 of this title in its budget petition for the following fiscal year.
