The program herein created may be nurtured from the following financial appropriations:(a) Appropriations made annually by the Legislative Assembly through Joint Resolutions or specific donations for the Program.(b) Donations from businesses, enterprises, groups, non-profit organizations, partnerships and private entities, private citizens, as well as from federal, Commonwealth, and municipal government entities.
