The appointment of the teachers included in the probation period shall be subject to the provisions of §§ 212 and 213 of this title; Provided, That licenses for probation teachers shall be issued for one year only. History —May 15, 1938, No. 312, p. 553, § 3, eff. 90 days after May 15, 1938.
