The party adversely affected by a final decision or resolution of the Board may file a petition for review before the Court of First Instance of venue within a jurisdiction (sic) term of thirty (30) days, starting from the date on which a copy of the final notice of the Board is filed.The party shall notify the Board and all other parties of the filing of the petition for review within the term to request such review.The judicial review procedures shall be handled pursuant to the rules adopted by the Supreme Court of Puerto Rico.
