Teachers with a bachelor’s, master’s or doctor’s degree and holding a provisional certificate shall receive the same initial salary that is stipulated for teachers with the same degree, holding permanent certificates. However, said provisional teachers may only receive raises for years of service corresponding to the first two (2) intermediate salary rates within the educational category to which they belong.
