(a) Public school teacher. — Shall apply to any supervisory, technical or teaching personnel of the school system, excluding office personnel. It shall also apply to teachers or principals engaged as such by other departments or agencies of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico.(b) Evening school teachers and professors of the University of Puerto Rico are excluded from the provisions of §§ 309—309j of this title.(c) Likewise excluded are the teaching personnel engaged by the Vocational Education Division of the Department of Education and the music teachers of the Free Schools of Music; Provided, however, That the compensation for the teaching personnel of Vocational Education and of the music teachers of the Free Schools of Music shall in no case be lower than that established by §§ 309—309j of this title.
