The incentives by level for the members of the teaching career shall be the following:(1) For Level I, in each classification, seven percent (7%) of his/her basic salary shall be granted to the person upon acquiring said classification.(2) For Level II, in each classification, nine percent (9%) of his/her basic salary shall be granted to the person upon acquiring said classification.(3) For Level III, in each classification, twenty-five percent (25%) of his/her basic salary shall be granted to the person upon acquiring said classification.(4) For Level IV, in each classification, forty percent (40%) of his/her basic salary shall be granted to the person upon acquiring said classification.
