The moneys contributed by the school directors, in accordance with the provisions of §§ 376 and 377 of this title, shall be devoted to and exclusively used by the Egida del Maestro for the purpose of constructing in Aibonito upon the site already granted to the Egida del Maestro, two (2) buildings, one for men and another for women, to be used as a resting place for teachers, and for the further purpose of constructing a building to be used as a home for indigent aged and invalid teachers; Provided, That the construction of any and all buildings herein authorized shall be done in accordance with projects to be approved by the Secretary of Transportation and Public Works; and Provided, further, That the building to be used as a home for indigent aged and invalid teachers shall be built first.
