The contribution herein authorized to be made by the school directors to the Egida del Maestro shall be upon condition that the said corporation will not change its articles of incorporation without the approval of the Legislative Assembly of Puerto Rico; that the buildings constructed as aforesaid will not be used for purposes different from those herein specified and that the said buildings may not be sold or otherwise disposed of without the consent of the Legislative Assembly of Puerto Rico.
